Police Officers in Ibanda stranded with 3 month’s old baby

Police at Katooma Police Post in Kagongo division, Ibanda Municipality is stranded with a 3 and a half months old baby boy.

The child was this morning found dumped in a farm belonging to one Buruwari in Kisita Cell, Kagongo division, according to locals who spoke to our reporter, calling for thorough investigations and arrest of the unidentified merciless woman.

On this note, Ibanda Municipal Councilor representing people of Kagongo division, Hillary Tumworore Optaato said, they have already started identifying some relatives who can help in investigations.

He condemned the act of torturing and abandoning children.
