We want to help Music singers produce music that is appealing, spiritually counseling, and soul touching, faith building, emotionally comforting and socially entertaining.

In all our trainings the following basics and essentials are very important and that’s what we specially address;

  •  Music Tuning  (chords, progression, patterns and voicing)

  • Stage management, presentation and confidence building

  • Resource mobilization and Fundraising

  • Communication/public speaking

  • Competition and conflict handling

  • Public relations and Music marketing

  • Music diversification and investment

​EKIROOTO YOUTH PROGRAM

We use the strategy of Annual Youth Camps supplemented by Ekirooto Radio Program: In addition to media programming, the youths are mobilized and given more knowledge and skills on various areas of importance through youth camps and conferences.

 

This help to attract more youths and expose them to different development programs both by government and private entrepreneurs like banks and other institutions. Each annual youth camp of 3 days attracts between 500 to 1000 youths.

Areas of importance such as Entreprenoureship, Leadership, Carrier planning are emphasised in these meetings

EIRAKA MAGAZINE.​

Eiraka Magazine is a monthly magazine aiming at Educating, Informing and Entertaining. Eiraka Magazine accomplishes four main areas of human development:

  • Raise awareness

  • Capture attention and support of people

  • Position programs favorably versus competition

  • Compel prospects to take a next step (conversion)

EIRAKA MARATHON.
The concept of a marathon is born from the idea that it is an event capable of bringing several strata of society to participate together for a noble cause. Besides, marathon event reminds the society on one of the habits of healthy living and physical fitness. The marathon events started implementation in the year year 2014 and will continue to be an annual event for years to come. Different themes focusing on different development needs in different districts are used each year.

MEDIA TRAINING

Eiraka Uganda Provides Media training to the region's media people. We train journalists, news reporters, news editors and news presenters. We also provide Internship opportunities for media students.The Media Development and Empowerment Project is centered on empowering and supporting our community through media activism and training. There are two types of media trainings that the project conducts in this area:

Media organizing, Media Literacy including Community media analysis and Community Editorial teams. 

Annual Cultural Festival:

This annual event is used to mobilize cultural performance groups. They come together for competitions while learning a great deal of development. At the same time cultural events attract big audiences who come for entertainment while they learn about development concerns. These are organized at Sub County and district levels.

 

Apart from being a social event, marathon events are used to mobilise resources to support different community needs such as children support projects, health support programs, education support programs and many more. Community members are always motivated to contribute to the needs of their society.
