Mitooma : Authorities start operations aimed at recovering mismanaged OWC inputs

Authorities in Mitooma district have started operations aimed at recovering operation wealth creation inputs that were mismanaged by the beneficiaries.

Guma Nuwagaba , Mitooma resident district commissioner says that some people received inputs such as seeds ,but refused to plant them while others who got heifers sold them.

This, Nuwagaba says will not be tolerated and the culprits must refund.
