Ibanda: SACCO Clients Warned Against Abusing Employers

The Ibanda district Councilor representing Rukiri Sub-County, Bankunda Joseph, has vowed to deal with some clients of financial institutions, who have continued abusing employers, while approaching them to acquire loans.

Addressing Nyarukika Sacco members, who had attended a one day training, organized by Uganda Cooperative Saving and Credit Union (UCSCU), in conjunction with Nyarukika Sacco ltd held at Nyarukika High School yesterday , Bankunda noted with concern that, a number of clients abuse financial institution loans officers, during the process of acquiring loans.

The training was intended to train clients, and help them develop a savings’ culture, in order to boost development.

Representing the Nyarukika Sub-County Chief, Byaruhanga Gard asked clients to shun diverting acquired loans, and instead work hard towards a stable household income.

Bagarukayo Sudan the chairperson board Nyarukika Sacco said, they organized the one day training to sensitize clients and other people, on betterment of saving culture.
