Man arrested for defiling 5-year old niece
A 21-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly defiling his 5-year old niece.
Emmanuel Bazibu, a resident of Kiko Zone in Kakira Town Council, is said to have defiled the minor when her grandmother had left her behind as she went for work.
Police said the minor is a daughter of the suspect’s sister.
The Kiira East Division Police Commander, David Wamunyerere, said the suspect is being held at Kakira Police awaiting transfer to Jinja Central Police Station.
