IBANDA: Thousands of people throng Kyanika for the sendoff of Hon.Byabagambi's brother

Thousands of people have today thronged Kyanika Cell , in Mabonwa Parish, Ibanda district to sendoff Basiime Santrino Kawanga, the elder brother to Minister for Karamoja affairs,Eng John Byabagambi who is also Ibanda South Member of Parliament.

Basiime Santurino who passed away on Sunday at the age of 66 succumbed to blood cancer (Recamier) which he has been struggling with for some time, according to one of the brothers, Kabembura Bernard.

The Family head, Vitarino Kazwengye Ruta Kamagara hailed family members for the great work towards treating the deceased. He also called for continued cooperation and unity as it has been shown today at the sendoff of their brother.

Leading the sendoff mass, the Mabonwa Catholic Parish Priest, Rev Fr Emmanuel Baburworuganda said, marriage is full of ups and downs thus calling upon family members to respect each other and live successful life.

Late Santrino Basiime survived with a widow Vangyirista Kyobutungyi and eleven children (eight girls and three boys).
