Boda boda 2010’s Kitata and others sent to Luzira by Army Court

The army court in Kampala has today remanded Boda boda 2010 patron, Abdallah Kitatta and 11 others to Luzira Prison, until the 27th of February, after they were charged with unlawful possession of firearms.

Kitatta and his co-accused persons, all members of the infamous Boda boda 2010 appeared before the 9–member panel at the Makindye based General Court Martial over charges of unlawfully possession of government stores and failure to protect war materials.

Kitatta and the co-accused objected to be tried before military court since they are civilians.
