Aryahebwa who has been acting as Butobere primary school head teacher for the last two years , was to handover to Caroline Kiiza buut his report was turned down for failure to account for the Primary Teachers Association (PTA) funds and funds from nursery section.

Aryahebwa told the Board members that he collected 1,323,000 shillings as PTA and spent 1,389,500 shillings without proper documentation. He also failed to reflect funds he has been collecting from nursery section since he took over office.
