Graduates Urged Not To 'Underlook' Jobs

The Kihani Catholic Parish Priest in Ibanda district, Rev Fr Asiimwe Longino has urged graduates not to undermine jobs, saying that currently in Uganda they are many graduates and few office jobs.

Rev Fr Asiimwe disclosed this yesterday while leading mass at St.Paul Nursery and Primary school Igorora during a joint graduation ceremony and Re-union of old boys and girls of the school.

The man of God said many graduates have continued to rush for office jobs and earthly things which can result into problems.

At the same function, he appealed graduates to always inspire current pupils still in primary level noting that in so doing it will encourage them to stay in school.

He also asked parents always to identify their children’s talents and work hard to develop them.
