East Ruwenzori diocese Bishop warns against Adultery,Prostitution

The Bishop of East Ruwenzori diocese in Kamwenge, Rt. Rev. George K Turyasingura has urged married couples and youths in Kamwenge district and the country at large to desist from adultery and prostitution so as to avoid contracting HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis B.

Speaking to our reporter in his Office, Bishop Turyasingura noted that most of the sexually transmitted diseases are as a result of prostitution and adultery.

The man of God appealed to Ugandans to embrace abstinence, and other measures to stop the spread of such killer diseases.

Bishop Turyasingura also called for proper hygiene and cleanliness, saying that people should stop sleeping in the same houses with goats and chicken in order to promote good health.
