IBANDA: Police on the spot for failing to patrol black spots

The Ibanda district Local Council Five Vice Chairperson Amon Mwijukye, has put Police on the spotlight for failing to patrol black spots in the night, which has increased thugs in the district.

Amon, made the remarks today afternoon, at the burial of Naboth Rwamburara ; alias Musharambuzi aged 25 , a resident of Kyabashambo Village Bufunda Division, Ibanda Municipality.

Naboth Rwamburara, was attacked with a panga and seriously injured, by yet to be identified merciless people, on Sunday night.

He was dumped along Ibanda -Kazo road where he was found, in comma, early on Monday Morning.

Police, led by community liaisons officer(CLO) Sgrnt Mujimba Johnbosco visited the scene, and transferred the victim to Kagongo hospital, but also referred them to Mbarara referral hospital ,but he breathed his last, on the way to Mbarara.
