NTUNGAMO: Government in final preparation to extend electricity to Kajara County

Government is final preparation to extend electricity to some of the rural areas within Kajara County in Ntungamo district.

Michael Tumuzigu –the Kajara county legislator says that the most areas to benefit are Rukanga, kibatsi, Ruhanga, kyabashenyi, Rujumo and kabashenyi others are katinda, kamuri and kamuganga respectively.

Tumuzigu reveals that the population in Kajara has doubled and a resurvey is being carried out to increase on the number of polls –a move to extend services in all rural area in the county.

The legislator however , cautioned the locals there against bribing engineers who will be connecting electricity to sell them polls for their own benefits.
